The board reviewed proposed language to expand an intermunicipal agreement for shared services and equipment related to emergency response and other mutual aid. Supervisor emphasized the town’s fiduciary responsibility to account for equipment use, fuel and services and said simple activity logs and rate comparisons are needed to avoid audit findings.
