Council adopts easements for stormwater maintenance and Riverside Drive projects
On second reading the council approved a series of conveyances and easements tied to the annual stormwater basin maintenance program and the Riverside Drive shared-use path and utilities extensions; staff said the acquisitions have been negotiated in good faith and recommended adoption.

At the Aug. 24 meeting the council moved forward with multiple second-reading ordinances authorizing the city manager to accept conveyance documents and easements needed for the 2026 stormwater basin maintenance program and the Riverside Drive shared-use path, water main and sanitary sewer extensions.
