The Cold Spring Board of Trustees voted to adopt a resolution establishing new water rates to cover operating, maintenance and capital needs, including dam work. The resolution sets the in‑village flat water rate at $15.37 per assessed unit per quarter and an out‑of‑village flat rate at one and one‑half times that amount; the usage rate for all users is set at $3.68 per 1,000 gallons, effective July 1.
