The Chair of the Huber Heights Military & Veterans Commission confirmed that at least one speaker is secured for the city’s Veterans Day ceremony and said the commission is pursuing additional participants from local junior ROTC and the Young Marines. “So, for our Veterans Day event, I know I have a speaker,” the Chair said, and added the commission had requested email confirmations from school and unit contacts to lock roles.
