The full story

The Fairborn Planning Board approved PB case 2026‑13, which modifies a previously approved PUD for a travel‑center site. Staff outlined the changes: a smaller convenience store (reduced from 8,397 sq ft to 7,424 sq ft), reduction of diesel fueling dispensers (from six to four), reduced on‑site parking (from 83 to 79 spaces) and elimination of most semi‑truck parking (from 10 to 1). Staff recommended approval, noting the plan remains consistent with the preliminary PUD and prior conditions.
