Council reviews six property acquisitions for Riverside Drive shared‑use path and utilities

City staff presented six companion ordinances (37–42‑26) to acquire easements and deeds from nine property owners to construct the Riverside Drive shared‑use path, extend water main and sanitary sewer, and perform related street maintenance. "The project includes regrading, installation of storm sewer, placement of rock with underdrain, installation of an outlet control structure and construction of a berm and emergency spillway to improve basin functionality," staff said in describing the stormwater and utility work that will accompany the shared‑use path and street maintenance.
