River Ridge approves $1.11 million drainage improvement contract with Clark Construction
After reviewing bids and adding contingency, the board approved Clark Construction Group, Inc. for a four-phase stormwater management project at a not-to-exceed $1,111,860, including an added 5% contingency.

District Engineer Charlie Krebs and staff reviewed MRI Construction and Clark Construction bids for four stormwater management phases covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV. The Board added an additional 5% contingency to cover unknowns (tree removal, replanting, drainage capping), raising the grand total from $1,058,914.45 to $1,111,860.
