The Legacy Subdivision (north of Chandler Park) is in annexation and general-plan/amendment review; staff said the proposal includes roughly 235 single-family R1 parcels, about 3 acres of R3 high-density residential, more than 8 acres of R2 medium-density residential, and roughly 2 acres planned for commercial use (applicant described convenience/mini-storage intent).
