County Assessor Megan Zoucha presented the Assessor’s 3-Year Plan of Assessment for 2026 and the Board of Equalization voted to approve it. Zoucha said the plan schedules a review of Fullerton residential properties and the newly designated Genoa Suburban residential area beginning in the fall of 2025 and uses GIS, Farm Service Agency records and NRD data to complete agricultural land-use reviews for 2026.
