Board approves $3,500 MRI Construction proposal to widen E3 basin control structure
The River Ridge CDD approved MRI Construction Proposal #606 for $3,500 to saw and widen the E3 Basin control structure weir to improve outflow to the FPL easement; Charlie Krebs will provide before-and-after photos and investigate a manual gate installation.

District Manager Cleo Adams presented MRI Construction Proposal #606 for work to widen the E3 Basin control structure weir so the community can get the most water out of the basin; District Engineer Charlie Krebs said the current control structure is slightly shy of the maximum width toward the Florida Power & Light easement. On motion by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Chair Bob Schultz the board approved the proposal for $3,500.
