Joint Review Board approves amended TID No. 6 project plan despite one dissent
The Joint Review Board voted 4–1 April 6 to approve an amended project plan and boundaries for Tax Increment District No. 6, which supports a proposed housing development including a crosswalk and bike path; members discussed traffic impacts, plan design and a pay-as-you-go TIF reimbursement structure.

The Joint Review Board for the City of Prescott approved a resolution April 6 adopting an amended project plan and boundaries for Tax Increment District (TID) No. 6. Jim Reif moved approval; Rob Daugherty seconded. The motion carried with four votes in favor and one dissent from Kris Sampson.
