Board approves West Mountain final plat and adopts Fraser Forward comprehensive plan with map note
Trustees approved the Grand Park West Mountain Filing One final plat and FPDP (79 residential lots, minor revisions including a roundabout) with standard conditions including final water master plan and traffic review, and adopted the Fraser Forward comprehensive plan, directing staff to include a note clarifying that PD-area maps will be updated as FPDPs are approved.

The Board approved Resolution 2026-0203 to adopt the final plat and final plan development plan (FPDP) for Grand Park West Mountain Filing One. Town planner Garrett Scott said the application — previously approved and revised twice — proposes 79 single-family and attached residential units with a revised roundabout and collector-road alignment to accommodate expected future traffic volumes. Staff recommended approval with conditions, including completion and approval of the West Mountain water master plan, completion of referral comment items, and final development-improvement agreements.
