The Design Review Committee unanimously recommended approval of the parking screening material submitted for P22‑254355 (Scott Lane S4 Flats) after examining a physical sample at the Sept. 9 meeting. Committee members said the steel sample appeared to be a heavy gauge and fit the project's design intent despite concerns about the visual openness of the perforations.
