The City of Alhambra Design Review Board met Feb. 24, 2026, and approved the Feb. 10, 2026 meeting minutes and two development applications, voting 4-0 with one member absent on each formal motion. The meeting convened at 7:00 p.m. in Conference Room A at Alhambra City Hall; Vice Chairman Ankit Udani and Board Members Michael Daninger, Stanley Tsai and Jennifer Ng were present. Staff present included Secretary/City Architect Steve Kuchenski and City Architect Eric Martinez.
