Baker Tilly principal Sheen Hediger told the Price County Board that the firm's audit of the county's 2025 financial statements resulted in an unmodified opinion. "We are issuing an unmodified opinion that is also known as a clean opinion," Hediger said, noting that the financial statements "are presented fairly in all material aspects in accordance with US GAAP."
