The Alburgh Selectboard met in a special session on Jan. 5, 2026, and moved into an executive session at 6:04 p.m. to discuss confidential attorney–client communications under 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1). The motion to enter the executive session was made by Russell Duchaine and seconded by Jim Hokenberg; the board approved it unanimously.
