Township staff and supervisors discussed remaining open-space obligations at the Willow Crest development and plans for final closeout. Staff described an agreement with developer Grande to clean and level a lot at the development’s entrance, cut a truck access road and construct a stone parking area; the township could supply stone for the parking surface.
