Township staff reported that the solar developer has approached the conservation district to close out its permit but that supervisors remain concerned about localized impacts on private wells and farm operations. A resident (Mr. Curts) said construction appears to have affected surface-water flows into wells and mentioned cattle weight loss, and staff agreed to follow up with the conservation district and county records.
