During the meeting the board reviewed meeting minutes and website records and approved the May 6, 2026 minutes with requested wording changes. Mary Smith moved approval of the May 6 minutes, the motion was seconded by Daniel Desmond and passed unanimously. Chair Carly Fenton requested edits to several bullet points in the Master Plan and CIP updates and asked staff to follow up on missing meeting postings.
