The Delano City Council on Jan. 29 voted to appoint Chris Link and Jose Rocha to the Water, Light & Power Commission, with each appointment carrying a term that expires Feb. 28, 2029. Councilmember Todd Belz moved the appointment and Councilmember Jason Franzen seconded; the motion carried.
