On Oct. 14 the Kenedy City Council authorized staff to issue Requests for Proposals and Qualifications for engineering and administrative services tied to Economic Development Administration programs, disaster recovery programs and the American Relief Act, and separately authorized issuing RFPs for administrative and plan development services for the GLO CDBG‑MIT Local Hazard Mitigation Plans Program (LHMPP).
