Committee member Rene Alvarez moved that the board approve the Certification of Compliance confirming Dilley ISD's compliance with SB12 and sections 11.005, 28.0022, and 39.008 of the Texas Education Code. Committee member Curt McClain seconded the motion; the minutes record the motion language and show it passed with four votes in favor and three members absent.
