Board members used commissioner reports to preview a December workshop and outline priorities for the coming year. Staff said the board workshop will be held Dec. 4, following a bronze-acorn walking tour on Dec. 3; the mayor’s installation is scheduled for Dec. 2. Members discussed contributing suggestions for town awards and the role the board can play in nominations.
