The commission certified outside‑entity levies for 2026 after hearing from Sonja Bennett, Administrative Director for the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board (DDRB). Bennett described the board’s services — early intervention for approximately 150 children under age 5, therapeutic services for more than 400 individuals, residential services for 175 people, employment services for over 300, and transportation for about 140 clients — and requested certification of the DDRB levy at 0.909 as allowed by law.
