Danville bicycle commission keeps current sidewalk rules, asks council to study age limits
After hearing data and public comment, the Bicycle Advisory Commission voted 3–2 to keep current municipal language that bars riding ‘‘in a manner that endangers pedestrians or property’’ and to ask the Town Council to review whether age limits are legally feasible.

The Danville Bicycle Advisory Commission on Nov. 19 voted 3–2 to maintain the town's existing municipal language governing e-bikes on sidewalks and to urge the Town Council to investigate whether age can be used as a limiting factor.
