Elaine Asal of Gensler, supporting the consultant team, described a community engagement plan comprising three in‑person meetings: July 17 (North County, Parks & Rec HQ), July 24 (Central County, Sports And Learning Complex), and July 26 (South County, Southern Regional Technical and Recreation Campus). Each session will run about two hours with arrival exhibits, a 15–20 minute presentation, and rotating roundtables on community benefits, mitigation strategies for common concerns, and site and design considerations.
