Mayor John Adler described Pipeline Road as a primary infrastructure improvement tied to a development agreement and said it will provide an east-west connector intended to relieve traffic on Roberts Drive. "The developer is committed to once we have all the approvals and permits and everything done, they will begin construction within 30 days and then complete construction within 18 months," he said.
