Black Diamond mayor: Evergreen Elementary on track; developer to build Pipeline Road after permits
Mayor John Adler said Evergreen Elementary remains on time and on budget, and described a developer-funded Pipeline Road east-west connector that will start within 30 days of final approvals and finish within about 18 months.

John Adler described Evergreen Elementary as a long-running, regionally partnered project now on time and on budget; he said the district signed a final contract that guarantees a price enabling delivery within budget. "We reported to the board just at the last meeting that we're on time and we're on budget," Adler said.
