The Boyle County Fiscal Court authorized a contract with Tate Hill Jacobs Architects on Feb. 24 to oversee the clock-tower project and act as the point of contact for the structural engineer, authorizing a proposal "not to exceed $67,000.00," County Administrator Julie Wagner said.
