The Three Rivers City Commission voted unanimously on June 17 to adopt updated financial policies for the city's capital improvement plan. At-Large Commissioner Torrey Brown moved to adopt the attached updated financial policies and Second District Commissioner Steven Haigh seconded; the motion carried with all members voting yes.
