The Planning Board voted to approve a special permit allowing a commercial kennel (daycare, grooming and overnight boarding) at 94 Powdermill Road, the former John Deere site, with a condition that no permanent or semi-permanent plantings, signs or hardscaping be placed within 5 feet of the back of the sidewalk along the property frontage.
