After hearing revised renderings and a peer-review response, the board accepted site-design changes for 2–6 Powdermill, agreed the applicant will perform corner improvements on its frontage, and that a $216,000 density-bonus payment tied to 19 bonus units will fund improvements on the remaining three corners.

The Maynard Planning Board reviewed updated site plans and design changes for the 2–6 Powdermill project and agreed the applicant addressed peer-review recommendations. Architect Jim Jazokus said the team revised the canopy and columns, incorporating sketches from the peer reviewer to improve continuity and aesthetics.
