The Three Rivers City Commission approved a contract and purchase order for Brussee-Brady to construct a CDBG-funded amphitheater, with the purchase order set at $1,790,305.00. At Large Commissioner Lucas Allen moved the contract approval and Second District Commissioner Steven Haigh seconded; the motion carried 5–1 (opposed: First District Commissioner Pat Dane).
