The Three Rivers City Commission voted unanimously to accept a refund and authorize the use of fund balance in the amount of $6,222.30 for a purchase order to MDOT/State of Michigan to cover project closeout costs related to airport projects. At Large Commissioner Lucas Allen moved the action and Third District Commissioner Chris Abel seconded; the motion carried with all present voting yes.
