Mayor Tom Lowry opened a public hearing on Meadowbrook Farms West, Phase 4, a planned-unit development, at 6:13 p.m. during the April 1 meeting of the Three Rivers City Commission. Ben Zarges, identified in the minutes as a Meadowbrook subdivision resident, "expressed concern about the drainage issue and management." John Lovely of Allen Edwin Homes described the project in detail during the hearing. Mayor Lowry closed public comment at 6:17 p.m.
