During the FY2026 budget presentation, Finance/Administration Director Bobbi Schoon said proposed salary adjustments would be in the range of 2–4% for most non‑bargaining employees and for union employees where labor contracts allow. She also warned that insurance and retirement benefit costs are increasing.
