The commission adopted the Legislative Budget Office's proposed objective for evaluating the Green Acres preferential agricultural valuation on Sept. 23. Thomas Greaney (LBO) presented the proposed metrics and described a projected FY2027 fiscal impact of about $25.8 million associated with the program.
