The Tax Expenditure Review Commission on Sept. 23 voted to continue the Beginning Farmer Management credit and directed the Legislative Budget Office to proceed with a full evaluation. LBO staff reported an estimated FY2027 fiscal impact of roughly $500,000 and utilization figures for tax year 2023.
