The Wyoming City Council authorized issuance of a city credit card to Stephanie Dosland, the library's librarian, with a $2,000 spending limit and directed staff to remove and close the credit card for Brenda Vacek. The motion (moved by Huston, seconded by Thomas) passed on a 5-0 roll call vote and the clerk assigned Resolution 2382.
