The Wyoming City Council approved two change orders from Midwest Concrete related to the South State Street intersection improvements at Highway 64. Change Order No. 1 was approved and assigned Resolution 2026-2384; Change Order No. 2 was subsequently approved and assigned Resolution 2026-2385. Both motions passed on 5-0 roll call votes.
