The Thomas County Assessor told the board that the Property Tax Administrator's Reports & Opinions for Thomas County are available on the Nebraska Department of Revenue website. Statewide equalization hearings with the Nebraska Tax Equalization and Review Commission (TERC) began April 21, and Thomas County's preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23, 2026; the board received a related decision from a March 17 hearing where Kurt Arganbright represented the county.
