Chair Chris Taylor announced the Town issued a Request for Proposals on Sept. 15, 2026, for a Town-owned parcel in the Town core. The RFP includes an eight-week submission window with responses due Nov. 9, 2026, and an optional site visit scheduled for Oct. 9. Taylor said the RFP seeks mixed-use proposals intended to expand the commercial grand list.
