The Town Board of Red Hook voted to adopt Local Law No. 1 of 2026, a proposed amendment to the town's Community Preservation Plan to include certain parcels owned by Water District No. 1. The board adopted a SEQRA determination of nonsignificance and then approved the local law on a roll-call vote at its May 27 meeting.
