On a motion by Joe Schnuerle, seconded by Mike Clements, the Harlan County Board of Supervisors entered executive session at 10:31 a.m. "Motion to go into executive session for a strategy session with respect to pending litigation at 10:31am made by Schnuerle and seconded by Clements," the minutes state. The board reconvened in open session at 10:59 a.m. on a motion by Rob Schmidt, seconded by Mike Clements.
