Owners Sally Gansz and Sarah Gansz-Ruybalid asked the board to reduce assessed values for three parcels, describing repeated break-ins, missing utilities and theft of piping. For 810 W. Baca (R0009121) the assessor proposed keeping system value at $38,838 but reducing the structure value to $15,000 (salvage), citing that four walls and a roof require the structure to remain on the roll.
