Laurie Ringo presented the county's caseload counts and spelled out reporting and training expectations for case management agencies and Adult Protective Services (APS). She described required monthly data forms, CMA training reports, quarterly Community Advisory Committee meetings to review complaints and accountability, and cooperative agreements for joint adult protection investigations with law enforcement, the district attorney's office and the county attorney.
