Administrator Phil Dorenkamp outlined Change Order #1 for project 25-C001, explaining that remaining funds from ADA and xeriscape grants would be used to make the DHS building backdoor ADA compliant, remove and replace heaved sidewalk segments throughout the park (including a non‑ADA‑compliant grade south of the DHS building), and replace missing stone above a First Street door.
