Cindy Harris, veterans benefit counselor for veteran services, asked the Warren County Human Services Committee to approve a $2,000 transfer to purchase a shredder for her office. "We are requesting a transfer of $2,000 to our accounts, to purchase a shredder," Harris said as she noted she was covering for a colleague at mandatory training.
