The Pierce County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution #2026-11 granting Grant Doerr a permanent Conditional Use Permit to construct a single-family home on less than 40 acres in part of the SW ¼ NW ¼ 18-26-2, subject to six conditions including recording the permit and obtaining a zoning permit prior to construction.
