Board votes to add party-submitted documents to the administrative record
The commission voted 3–2 to open the record and include documents submitted by the appellant and the original applicant; staff noted those documents had not been distributed to the public or exchanged among parties and recommended inclusion by motion and vote.

Vice Chair Frank Baca moved to open the proceeding for purposes of considering the findings and to include in the record documents submitted by the respective parties, including materials identified as a proposed set of findings from the Sunset Neighborhood Association and an applicant-provided letter. "I would actually move to open the preceding for purpose of considering the findings that have been presented to us and also to include in the record, the documents submitted by the respective parties," he said.
